Delete ShiftPay Account

You can delete your ShiftPay account directly in the app.

How to delete your account:

1. Open the ShiftPay app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open Account.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Type DELETE to confirm.
6. Confirm deletion.

When your account is deleted, ShiftPay deletes your profile, authentication account, profile photo, employers, shifts, shift templates, recorded advances, salary data, app settings, notification data stored in the app, and subscription entitlement records associated with your account.

ShiftPay also requests deletion of your RevenueCat customer profile used for subscription management.

Deleting your ShiftPay account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it separately in Google Play:

Google Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at:

support@shift-pay.app

Please send the request from the email address linked to your ShiftPay account. We may need to verify account ownership before completing the deletion request.

Some limited records may be retained only if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or accounting reasons.
